Kara Strippoli, PA-C, MHS, is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Physician Assistant Studies program at Quinnipiac University, where she also serves as a clinical coordinator and student success coach. She joined the clinical faculty in January 2025 and is a proud alumna of Quinnipiac's PA program, graduating in 2005. In her roles, she is deeply committed to student mentorship, clinical education, and supporting student success throughout the didactic and clinical phases of training.

Ms. Strippoli brings nearly two decades of clinical experience in internal medicine and pulmonary critical care, most notably from her time at Yale New Haven Hospital. During her tenure at Yale, she was recognized as a top performer in patient satisfaction in the New Haven area, reflecting her dedication to high-quality, patient-centered care. She has long maintained a connection to Quinnipiac University, previously serving as adjunct faculty and as a clinical preceptor for PA students.

Ms. Strippoli earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont, where she volunteered as an EMT and worked in a neuroscience research laboratory. She also studied public health abroad at the Pontificia Universidad Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic as part of her Spanish studies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Fred, and stays active through skiing, soccer, hiking, and travel.
