Scott DeVito is an Associate Professor of Law at Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he teaches Business Organizations, Commercial Law, Contracts, and Evidence. Before joining Quinnipiac, Professor DeVito was a founding faculty member and tenured professor at Jacksonville University College of Law, where he played a leading role in shaping the school's academic programs and assessment initiatives. He also previously served as dean of Florida Coastal School of Law, guiding the institution through successful reaccreditation and implementing innovative strategies that improved bar passage rates and student outcomes.
