Traci Marquis-Eydman MD is an Associate Professor of Medical Sciences and Director of the Medical Student Home (MeSH) Program. She is a family physician and an advocate for primary care and healthcare equity for rural and underserved populations.
In 2019 Dr. Marquis-Eydman spearheaded a new Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship program in northern Maine for medical students in their third year. She is also a recipient of Quinnipiac University’s 2019 award from Health Resources and Services Administration to lead the development of a new rural family medicine residency program in northern Maine.
Prior to joining Quinnipiac in 2016, Dr. Marquis-Eydman spent over a decade as a primary care provider on the Connecticut shoreline and as the Chief Experience Officer for Northeast Medical Group, which is part of Yale New Haven Health. She earned her medical degree at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth University and completed her residency at Deaconess Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
