The Global Supply Chain Certificate is designed to address the growing needs of companies moving toward the global sourcing of their raw materials, components and intermediate products, as well as the exporting of their finished products to foreign markets. This career-directed program integrates the objectives of the BS in International Business, provides a strong supplement to many other business-related majors, and is ideal for both traditional students and working professionals.
This five-course (15-credit) certificate is approved by the state of Connecticut and incorporates a range of knowledge and skills necessary for a strong foundation in global supply chain activities. Coursework covers such subjects as international finance and supply chain analytics, as well as how to coordinate and execute global supply chain business solutions. Our balanced curriculum also offers chances for practical application in the form of either an international internship or immersive research project.
