Overview
The Artificial Intelligence: Visual Imagery and Product Design summer program is ideal for high school students interested in creative technology, digital design and how AI is transforming art, business and product development.
Throughout the program, learners will dive into AI-powered image generation, visual storytelling and graphic design while also learning how to turn ideas into functional, user-centered digital products. With guidance from our esteemed faculty, students will also discover how to use AI to assist with graphic design for digital and print advertising.
Learners will leave the experience with new AI skills and new projects for their portfolios. We will explore tools like Canva, Adobe Firefly and DALL-E to create visuals for projects, presentations and storytelling without extensive design experience.
Besides AI’s technical aspects, topics covered include AI ethics, copyright issues and social impact. No prior experience in AI or design is required, just a strong willingness to learn and experiment.
