Make a Single/Full Payment

Students or their proxy can make single/full payments online, by mail or in person.

Students or their proxy can make single/full payments online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The available payment options include Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) and credit card. Payments are recorded the day they are processed to ensure the most current student account balance in Self-Service.

Ways to pay

  • Automatic Bank Payment (ACH): ACH payments are payments that you have authorized Touchnet to process directly with your financial institution. These are simply bank-to-bank transfers of funds that you have preapproved to cover your expenses at Quinnipiac University. Payments may be made from either your checking or savings account.

  • Credit Card: Paying with your credit card gives you the option of taking advantage of any bonus programs that may be offered by your credit card company. If you elect to use this option, your monthly payment, along with a 2.95% convenience fee, will be automatically charged to the credit card you designate. The convenience fee is in addition to the nonrefundable enrollment fee.

Withdrawal Policy

Registration deadlines will be posted for all QU Academy courses each Fall and Spring. Schools, students and parents will have 2-3 weeks during the designated registration period to register for the college credit associated with their course(s). For courses that are student/family paid, there will be a 4-week window for making payment. At the end of those four weeks, course rosters will be verified and any student who has not paid the QU Academy tuition and fees will be de-registered from the college credit course, but may remain enrolled in the high school course.

If a student wishes to withdraw from the course, they must submit a written request to be withdrawn from the course. QU Academy tuition and fees are non-refundable after the payment deadline and students will be responsible for the tuition and fees regardless of whether they complete the course or not, and regardless of what grade they receive. The $25 administrative fee is non-refundable.

Any request to withdraw from a course must be made by the last day of Quinnipiac classes in December for Fall courses and the last day of QU classes in May for spring and full-year courses. Students may not withdraw from a course after these deadlines. A grade of “W” is indicated on transcripts for all withdrawn courses. This does not impact a student’s GPA, nor is any credit earned for courses with a grade of “W.” If a student does not complete a withdrawal request by these deadlines, a grade will be submitted to Quinnipiac, based on the grading criteria outlined in the course syllabus.
