2020-2021 Graduate Housing Details

3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments with a kitchen and a living room on the York Hill Campus. The graduate students will reside on the 9th floor for the 2021-2022 academic year. Basic furniture is provided throughout the apartment. Heating, lights, water, Wi-Fi, lawn care, snow removal and trash removal all included. Multiple laundry rooms are in the building. Shuttle service during the academic year (August – May) between the campuses (Mount Carmel, York Hill and North Haven). Air conditioning is not included; however, you will be allowed to bring a unit with you and facilities will install the unit into your bedroom.

Graduate housing is on a first-come, first-deposited basis. A deposit of $500 with a signed housing contract will secure a room for you. The $500 deposit will be applied to your housing bill.

2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartments with kitchen and a living room. Basic furniture is provided throughout the apartment. Shuttle service during the academic year (August – May) between the campuses (Mount Carmel, York Hill and North Haven).
