Graduate student organizations, open to all enrolled Quinnipiac graduate students, are committed to enriching the learning environment through extracurricular engagement.

2022-2023 Graduate Housing Details

3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments with a kitchen and a living room on the York Hill Campus. The graduate students will reside on the 9th floor for the 2021-2022 academic year. Basic furniture is provided throughout the apartment. Heating, lights, water, Wi-Fi, lawn care, snow removal and trash removal all included. Multiple laundry rooms are in the building. Shuttle service during the academic year (August – May) between the campuses (Mount Carmel, York Hill and North Haven). Air conditioning is not included; however, you will be allowed to bring a unit with you and facilities will install the unit into your bedroom.

Graduate housing is on a first-come, first received housing reservation. A $500 housing reservation with a signed housing contract will secure a room for you. The $500 housing reservation will be applied to your spring of 2023 room and board charges. The $500 housing reservation is non-refundable. You have 30 days from signing the housing contract to break the contract and after 30 days, you are financially responsible for the academic year (fall of 2022 and spring of 2023).
