Candice K. Travis

Candice K. Travis is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Political Science at QU, teaching courses in political theory and American politics. Her research centers on conspiracy theory, white supremacy, white nationalism, and political movements in contemporary American politics. Her work aims to better understand the motivations of political actors by analyzing their language and behavior.

Professor Travis completed her Ph.D. at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she taught courses in Political Science and Community Engagement until coming to QU.
