There are a number of jobs available on campus for those students who were or were not awarded federal work study.
Opportunities to work on campus are available through the student employment office. Students are limited to a maximum of ten hours per week. Students are considered employees of the University and will receive a paycheck on a bi-weekly basis. Benefits of participating in work-study include using the earnings to pay for incidentals, supplies, etc. and building a work portfolio prior to graduation.
A limited number of student employment positions are available on campus. Students are strongly encouraged to apply as soon as possible to secure a employment. Job placement is not guaranteed.
If you received a Federal Work Study award in your offer notification it is because you qualified through your FAFSA results. Begin your search for an on-campus Federal Work-Study position after July 1.
If you did not receive a Federal Work-Study award in your offer notification it is because you did not qualify through your FAFSA results. However, you may still apply for on-campus employment. Begin your search for an on-campus Non-Federal Work-Study position after July 1.
