The Village

Quinnipiac Dorm Tours with Emma Morales — The Village at Quinnipiac University is a community made up of 28 buildings that each have 4 suites housing 5 to 10 sophomore students. Hall and Room Features

Each suite has 3 double bedrooms and individual bathrooms. Each bedroom has 2 beds, 2 desks and a 2 free-standing closets. Suites also have a common area. Laundry facilities are located in the main lobby.

Suites have 1 full bathroom with 1 shower, 2 sinks & 2 toilets

Living Room Features

Beginning in Fall 2024, common room furniture will be provided in all Village suites. The furniture includes a sofa, love seat, side chair, two end tables and a media cabinet.

Mattress Dimensions: 36" x 80" x 6" (require twin XL sheets)

Desk (57" x 25" x 30") has 3 drawers and 1 chair
Wardrobe (36" x 24" x 72")
