The Hill is a sophomore residence hall composed of 7 brownstone-style buildings, each with its own set of steps that promotes a cozy, homelike feel. Each building has 6 apartments housing 6 students. Apartments in The Hill offer 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. Third-floor apartments feature skylights in the kitchen area and lofted ceilings. All apartments in The Hill are air-conditioned and feature a comfortable balcony or patio ideal for get-togethers.
The Village is a series of co-ed residence halls divided into single-sex suites. There are 28 residence halls, each containing 4 suites, making up the Village community. Each suite has 3 double bedrooms and individual bathrooms. Each bedroom contains 2 beds, 2 desks and 2 free-standing closets. Suites also have an unfurnished common area. Laundry facilities are located in the main lobby.
The Crescent and Westview together make up one of our newest residence halls, providing housing for upperclass students. It features a unique, award-winning design as well as an excellent location near the Rocky Top Student Center. The Crescent and Westview features 3 types of apartments. The majority of the apartments have 3 bedrooms, a common room, a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. There are a few 2-bedroom apartments scattered throughout the residence hall. These apartments feature a common room, a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The Westview section of The Crescent offers 4-bedroom apartments for senior students. The Westview is the only section that features 3 single bedrooms and a double bedroom.
