Quinnipiac Creative Writing Series Presents: Edgar Gomez

The Quinnipiac Creative Writing Series is proud to present a reading by Edgar Gomez, author of the debut memoir "High-Risk Homosexual," which was called a “breath of fresh air” by The New York Times; named a Best Book of 2022 by Publisher’s Weekly, Buzzfeed, and Electric Literature; and received a 2023 American Book Award, a Stonewall Israel-Fishman Nonfiction Book Honor Award, and the Lambda Literary Award for Gay Memoir. Gomez will read from his work and engage in a Q&A with the audience moderated by new creative writing professor Bessie Flores Zaldivar
