Tuvana Rua is an Associate Professor of Management at School of Business at Quinnipiac University and currently teaches in the areas of management, decision making and leadership.
Dr. Rua’s research focuses on decision making in negotiations, groups and ethics across cultures. She frequently presents at national and international conferences, her research on moral identity, self-control and ethical behavior was nominated for best paper in Eastern Academy of Management in 2014. Dr. Rua also publishes in academic journals such as Business Ethics: A European Review, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, International Journal of Intercultural Relations, Thunderbird International Business Review.
Dr. Rua also has extensive international business experience with a concentration in management and marketing. Additionally, she has served as an independent consultant to start-up and small businesses in the tri-state area. Currently, she serves on the Board of Business Education Initiative and Junior Achievement of Greater Fairfield County.
