Tuvana Rua is an Associate Professor of Management at School of Business at Quinnipiac University and currently teaches in the areas of management, negotiations, and leadership. Dr. Rua’s research focuses on negotiations, decision making and best practices in pedagogy, and she frequently presents at national conferences.
Dr. Rua also has extensive international business experience with a concentration in management and marketing. Additionally, she has served as an independent consultant to start-up and small businesses in the tri-state area. Currently, she serves as the Co-Director for M&T Bank Center for Women and Business at Quinnipiac University as well as the Director of the ConnCORP/QU Community Entrepreneurship Academy and Clinics.
