Student Conduct and Community Standards

The Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards helps students and student organizations to make positive decisions, define their values, and demonstrate responsible behavior on and off campus.

We're here to help

The Dean of Students Office assists students and student organizations to make positive decisions, define their values, and demonstrate responsible citizenship on campus and through positive relationships with the greater Hamden and North Haven communities.

Staff members are available to advise students, student organizations and others involved in conduct proceedings. We can explain aspects of the conduct process, such as investigations, meeting preparation and possible outcomes. All are encouraged to review the community standards described in the undergraduate student handbook.
