School of Nursing Admitted Student Experience
Meet the deans and explore the opportunities that await you within the School of Nursing during our Admitted Student Experience. Our faculty and students have designed interactive sessions specifically tailored for nursing students and their families, including academic information sessions, residential life panels, tours of our Mount Carmel, North Haven and York Hill campuses and more.
Schedule of Events
Please follow the schedule below in order to maximize your time on campus during the event. When you arrive on campus, please park on the surface lot in front of the Center for Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences.
North Haven Campus

Throughout the Admitted Student Experience, students and their families are encouraged to take advantage of the time between sessions to explore what life will be like here on campus. Our students, faculty and staff are here to answer your questions, share stories about their experiences and identify ways to empower you to unleash your ambition starting on your first day as a student.
Financial Aid
9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
The Financial Aid office in the Visitor's Center (Echlin Center) will be open for walk-in visits.
Lunch
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
While you're here, be sure to grab lunch under the tent on the Quad!
Student Involvement Showcase
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Stop under the tent on the Quad to meet the leaders of many of our student-run clubs and organizations.
Academic and Campus Life Fair
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Throughout the event, representatives from various academic and campus departments and offices will be available to answer any questions. Visit us at Burt Kahn Court in the Athletic & Recreation Center and we will direct you to the resources and information you need.
Campus Tours
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Mount Carmel Campus (275 Mount Carmel Avenue, Hamden)
Meet at Burt Kahn Court in the Athletic & Recreation Center starting at 11 a.m. and a student ambassador will happily give you a group tour with opportunities to ask specific questions about student and residential life at Quinnipiac.
York Hill Campus Tours (305 Sherman Avenue, Hamden)
Group shuttles will depart from right outside the Athletic & Recreation Center to tour the York Hill Campus starting at 11 a.m. Vistors are welcome to drive as well. Please take the quick ride up to see life on the hill, the Rocky Top Student Center and the M&T Bank Arena. The last shuttle returns to the Mount Carmel Campus at 4:30 p.m.
