Are you waiting on Advanced Placement (AP) scores?
All Advanced Placement scores have recently been received by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. As our admissions team processes these credits, students will be able to view them in both their Self-Service account and Stellic. Students receiving AP (or any transfer) credit for a class that they have already registered for in the Fall term will be contacted by their respective college or school to advise them on any necessary schedule changes.

Supporting your whole body and mind
Health and wellness strengthen the bonds of our community here at Quinnipiac. We prioritize the academic success, health, emotional well-being and safety of our students above all else. Bobcats enjoy an extensive variety of programs and services dedicated to their intellectual, emotional and social development, and they can always count on help when and where they need it.
Please note: There is no cost for our students to participate in campus counseling services. There is a co-pay for students to use Student Health Services. Please check your health plan for the coverage based on your specific healthcare plan. Learn more about insurance and billing.

We also offer team athletics at the intramural, club and Division I levels.
There’s still time to enroll in a payment plan
Payments were due on Friday, July 12. If you haven't made your payment yet, please do so now in Self-Service. You can also still sign up for a payment plan. Missed installments are due at the the time of enrollment.
Meal plan and billing change information
Whether you enjoy delicious sit-down meals with friends or need to grab a wholesome snack on the way to class, our dining plans are designed with personalization and flexibility in mind.
Each plan emphasizes variety, value and convenience, and includes regular dining events and promotions, from outdoor cookouts and food truck festivals to pop-up events and holiday dinners.
We also encourage you to consider joining our student dining advisory board. Details to come at the start of the academic year.
Throughout the past week, we have been receiving two common questions about dining plans — and we wanted to share them with you in case you had similar concerns:
Q. I am expecting an adjustment to my bill for meal plan, housing, health insurance or financial aid but it is not there and payment was due on July 12. What should I do?
A. We understand that it may take time for adjustments to meal plans, housing, health insurance and financial aid. In the meantime, as you prepare to pay your bill, please pay for the items that you intend to select. For example, if you are anticipating aid, please deduct it from your balance and pay that part. Then, we ask all students to review their invoice again in a couple of weeks and again after add/drop to pay any remaining balance. After add/drop, we will also review balances and will refund any payments made in excess.
Q. How can I change my meal plan?
A. The My Housing application, which manages both housing and meal plans, is closed to students until early August. At that time, the portal will open and you can change your meal plans. In the meantime, as you prepare to pay your bill, please pay for the meal plan that you intend to select. Then, please review your invoice again in a couple of weeks and again after add/drop to pay any remaining balance. After add/drop, we will also review balances and will refund any payments made in excess.
Consider granting proxy access to your account
You may authorize a proxy (parent, guardian, spouse or other individual) to have access to Self-Service to make payments on your behalf or to view your grades.
In addition, authorizing a proxy also allows the appropriate Quinnipiac faculty and staff to discuss relevant matters with the designated person. The student may authorize a proxy to all or some of the following:
Learn more about proxy access and how you can grant your authorized user proxy access.
Access the Self-Service Student Finance Guide and view the sections on Authorizing a Proxy User, First Time Login for Proxy Users and more.
Can’t remember the password for your proxy account? Email help@qu.edu
Invoices are ready and payment was due July 12.
Undergraduate students enrolled in Fall 2024 will find their invoices on Self-Service. The (first) payment due date was July 12.
University no longer accepts credit card payments
Effective July 1, 2024, Quinnipiac will no longer accept credit card payments for tuition, fees, housing and meal plans. For families that have utilized this mode of payment, we apologize for any inconvenience. For more information on payment plans or options, please visit the Payment Options page.

Students to be notified of academic advisers next month
Incoming students will receive their academic adviser information in August. If you have any immediate questions, please contact the dean's office for your respective school.
Once available, advisers will be posted to the student's account on Self-Service. Students will see their adviser when looking at their profile at the top of their Course Plan.
Commuter parking permit info available in early August
Commuter students who would like to sign up for a parking permit should wait until early August when the parking portal opens. Students will receive an email with instructions on what to do next. Residential first-year students may not have a car on campus.
