Senior and Graduate Housing Options
Quinnipiac's off-campus houses offer the independence of living off-campus, with the comforts of living on-campus. The university owns properties used for student housing located on Eramo Terrace, Ives Street, Lucien Drive, New Road and Woodruff Street in Hamden, and Bassett Road and Glenn Road in North Haven.
Quinnipiac-owned properties offer residents all the benefits of residential students. Houses come with fully furnished kitchen, living room and bedrooms and are equipped with Wi-Fi. Students will have single bedrooms, laundry machines, landscaping and snow services, trash removal, and much more. Residents are also supported by the residential life staff.
Located throughout Hamden and near the North Haven Campus, Quinnipiac's off-campus houses have various dimensions and layouts. Each house can hold 2 to 4 residents in single bedrooms (residents cannot live in a house alone).

Students are required to have a Bronze-level meal plan, and also have the option to upgrade their meal plan. Learn more about meal plans

Select 3- or 4-bedroom houses on Eramo Terrace, New Road and Woodruff Street in Hamden, and on Bassett Avenue and Glenn Road in North Haven are available to graduate students for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Sign your housing contract and pay your housing reservation fee so that you can live close to friends, close to classes, and have 24-hour support from university staff. Please review the housing contract carefully before signing as it is a legally binding agreement.
