Housing and Meal Plan Rates

Quinnipiac housing offers a variety of housing options, including traditional-style residence halls, as well as suites, apartments and houses. The rates below include WiFi, live-in professional staff, 24-hour on-call maintenance and emergency staff, and laundry facilities, and more. Additional information about each community, including amenities, photos and video tours can be found on the housing page. Rates are subject to change.

Dining plans include access to dining options across our three campuses, with multiple levels available.

Silver We designed the Silver Plan with lighter appetites in mind. The Silver Plan is best for students who are choosier, wish to order in or dine off-campus often, or go home regularly. $1,835 $3,670
Gold A dining plan for students who eat a couple of meals per day in the dining halls but also enjoy ordering food for delivery, going off-campus to local restaurants or who visit home regularly. The Gold Plan is ideal if you believe in making daily meals a real experience. $1,940 $3,880
Platinum
Default plan for resident students
This mid-level plan is the default plan for residential students and is designed for students to eat most of their meals on campus and occasionally dine off-campus. $2,040 $4,080
Platinum+ This plan is designed for the frequent diner who dines off-campus rarely. $2,260 $4,520
Diamond Our most hearty plan, the Diamond Plan, is for students who eat three or more generous meals per day and snacks every day in our dining halls. The Diamond Plan is especially designed for students who eat frequent, heartier meals in the dining hall and almost never order delivered food or dine off campus. $2,760 $5,520

Commuter plans: The university offers commuter plans for residential students who live in Quinnipiac-owned off-campus houses or Whitney Village.

Resident undergraduate student housing contract

Sign your housing contract and pay your housing reservation fee so that you can live close to friends, close to classes, and have 24-hour support from university staff. Please review the housing contract carefully before signing as it is a legally binding agreement.
