Quinnipiac housing offers a variety of housing options, including traditional-style residence halls, as well as suites, apartments and houses. The rates below include WiFi, live-in professional staff, 24-hour on-call maintenance and emergency staff, and laundry facilities, and more. Additional information about each community, including amenities, photos and video tours can be found on the housing page. Rates are subject to change.
Dining plans include access to dining options across our three campuses, with multiple levels available.

This mid-level plan is the default plan for residential students and is designed for students to eat most of their meals on campus and occasionally dine off-campus. | $2,370 | $4,740 |

| Diamond | Our most hearty plan, the Diamond Plan, is for students who eat three or more generous meals per day and snacks every day in our dining halls. The Diamond Plan is especially designed for students who eat frequent, heartier meals in the dining hall and almost never order delivered food or dine off campus. | $3,210 | $6,420 |
Commuter plans: The university offers commuter plans for residential students who live in Quinnipiac-owned off-campus houses or Whitney Village.
Sign your housing contract and pay your housing reservation fee so that you can live close to friends, close to classes, and have 24-hour support from university staff. Please review the housing contract carefully before signing as it is a legally binding agreement.
