Quinnipiac hosts annual events that promote collaboration and positive action.
Quinnipiac’s Big Event was founded in 2010. The annual day of service encourages thousands of students and alumni to complete thousands of hours of work to benefit their communities each year. The event began nearly 4 decades ago at Texas A&M University.
QTHON is a year-long fundraising enterprise led by Quinnipiac students, which culminates in a 10-hour dance marathon to raise funds and awareness in support of Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Over the past 8 years, the Bobcat community has raised more than $1 million to support patients and their families.
Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month
The university celebrates the enduring contributions of the members of our Asian Pacific Islander community throughout the year, with a special emphasis in April.
We envision a Quinnipiac that is a model for sustainability in Southern New England. Join us for these events focused on sustainability and Earth Day.
Academic calendars allow you to plan for the beginning and ending semester dates, significant academic dates, breaks and holidays. This calendar also includes events like Alumni Weekend, Parents and Family Weekend, Orientations, Open Houses, and other special events.
With several events a year held throughout the country, you have a wealth of opportunities to connect with your fellow Quinnipiac alumni. You're invited to Bobcat sporting events, regional gatherings, concerts, campus lectures, volunteer days, as well as career programming.
NCAA Division I athletics is an integral part of the Quinnipiac community, bringing together students, alumni and fans around the world. It’s easy to keep up with Quinnipiac Bobcat athletics. All of our men’s and women’s basketball and ice hockey home games are broadcast on ESPN3, and all tickets to home games are free for current students.
