The BA in Professional Studies program is designed for students who have completed a significant number of credits and are seeking a new pathway toward completing their bachelor’s degree. Our program is flexible, customizable, accessible, convenient and built to meet your needs.
Whether you’re looking to transfer from another institution, pivot from your current program at Quinnipiac, or return to college from the workforce or after starting a family, we have a format that’s right for you. Our dedicated advisers will guide you to create a program that will enable you to complete your degree. With both online and in-person completion options, students have the ability to complete their degree on campus or on the web, synchronously or asynchronously, part-time or full-time. We also offer day and evening classes during fall, spring, January, and summer terms. You can start whenever you are ready.

The Bachelor of Arts in Professional Studies is designed with the individual in mind. We offer immense flexibility, allowing students to unlock new career opportunities without creating barriers to completing their degrees. Many courses are conveniently offered online, and feature synchronous (live) and asynchronous (at your own pace) instruction as well as intensive 2-week courses during the January term; a 5-week schedule for some of our summer courses; a 7-week schedule for some summer, fall and spring courses; and traditional 15-week instruction for our semester-length courses.
The BA in Professional Studies requires completion of the University Curriculum as well as a customizable, 27-credit concentration with 15 credits at the 300-level or higher.
With immense flexibility across delivery methods and areas of concentration, our students seeking a BA in Professional Studies will greatly benefit from the CAS360 advising model that seamlessly integrates academic and career advising experiences. CAS360 ensures that the courses you take are tailored to your strengths and career aspirations and our advisers help you achieve your goals. We will even explore how you can add a minor area of study as a second credential.
